Hi, I’m Casey
My life used to run on structure, speed, and responsibility.
On the outside I looked capable and organised —
but inside, I didn’t realise how much stress was shaping my pace, my behaviour, and my health.
I wasn’t collapsing-tired.
I was the kind of tired that comes from being “on” all the time —
the woman who kept everything running because no one else would.
Burnout and later perimenopause finally revealed what I’d been missing:
my nervous system had been doing the heavy lifting for years.
Once I understood the way my stress patterns, hormones, habits and beliefs worked together,
nothing in my life felt random anymore —
and everything started to make sense.
Now I help women understand themselves in that same whole-person way
so they can feel steadier, clearer, and more like themselves again.
