This program is grounded in five core pillars, which guide our work over the three months:

1. Nervous System State
Understanding how your nervous system is currently organised for safety or threat, and learning how to create capacity and regulation without forcing calm

2. Needs & Values
Clarifying what you actually need, what matters to you, and how misalignment between the two creates ongoing stress and self-abandonment 

3. Health, Hormones & Hidden Physiological Load
Exploring how hidden stress, self-override, under-resourcing, and hormonal shifts impact your body, energy, mood, and ability to regulate 

4. Subconscious Patterns, Beliefs & Behaviours
Uncovering the protective patterns and internal rules that keep you stuck in survival mode, and gently loosening their grip as safety increases 

5. Life Structure & Logistics
Reshaping the practical structure of your life — responsibilities, rhythms, support, and systems — so it actually supports regulation and sustainability 

You don’t need to understand or master these before we begin.
We move through them together, at a pace your nervous system can sustain.

Over the three months, the work moves through a natural arc:

Regulate — creating enough safety in your body and nervous system to slow down
Reconnect — returning to your needs, truth, and self-trust
Redefine — reshaping how life is lived, in alignment with who you are now
